Look of The Day: There's No Place Like Home, There's No Place like Home

Where were my ruby slippers when I needed them? I am so happy to be home! Yesterday I was told I may have to stay one more day in the hospital because the Doctors were unsure whether or not the infection was still in my blood. At about noon I got word that the infection was gone and I was free to go--thank goodness! The plan from here on out is lots of antibiotics, several follow up appointments, a possible tonsillectomy, and oh yeah, lots of rest.

The first thing I did when I got home was throw on my swim suit and relax poolside. I sure missed my pool in the heat of Europe, and being cooped up in the nice weather was pretty painful. After my poolside time Casey and I went out to eat because we have no food in the house and we have been craving Mexican food since Europe. Oh avocado, I missed you.

I'm off to try to knock some things off my to-do list and once again try to get everything sorted out from my trip. Oh yes and I must rest. Have a great Wednesday!!
