While the magazines, stores and catalogs are trying to convince me it's fall but I know better. Looking back at Looks of the Day from last year I know that the heat will be in out and of here until at least the beginning of October. Which means I still have time to reevaluate what I want to add to my wardrobe before the cold weather really creeps in and settles itself. So when the temperature dropped a bit yesterday I jumped at the opportunity to trade in my shorts and skirts for my
jeggings. Mixing in pieces that you can't wear in the heat waves helps fend off that dreaded summer drag. You know when you stare in you closet and have difficult time finding anything you want to wear. However, our nightcap of ice cream with my in laws and nieces made it feel like a summer night, despite the cool weather!
