Look of the Day: Lost Symbol

Not only did I love the book The Lost Symbol but I love symbols in general, they just intrigue me. Today I seemed to be adorned with lots of symbols.

I rocked the sweater from Urban that I purchased yesterday. I do not see it on the website yet.
I also wore my Chloe strappy boots from last season.
I swear this is the only thing that Audrina Patridge and I both own. Copy Cat style, what!? IDC (I Don't Care) These boots rock! =)
I ended up adding this necklace that I picked up at the Wine Fest a few months ago. It kind of freaks me out because I have read opals are bad luck when you purchase them for yourself, but for the price I doubt it was a real opal. Also rocking my Taylor Jacobson sideways cross copy cat necklace.
And I wore some Fleur-de-lis earrings. I rarely wear studs anymore. Not since I thought it was cool, back in the day, to pretty much three hole punch my ears. Yeah going to Berkley to get a new earring hole every other week is only cool for so long. If only someone would have told 17 year old Amber that 9 ear piercings aren't going to be cool when you are 27 20. Some trends only last so long..
My Gypsy 05 shirts are my favorite to chill in after work.

    I hear ya with the ear piecings! lol! I don't know why, but every now and then I still check to see if my 2nd and 3rd holes are still there. I haven't wore earrings in them for like 9 years. I do have one in the top of my ear I love with a diamond stud :o)

    LOL! if only our older and "wiser" selfs could be there to tell us what's a good idea and what's not when we were teenagers...i think i would have gotten a good tongue lashing!
