Look of the Day: Hearts on Fire

Okay so today totally felt like spring! But this happens just about every year in February. I feel like spring is here to stay and I am ready to pack up my winter things and bid them adieu, but it never quite sticks this early. I *almost* wore sandals today, but living n NorCal it just doesn't seem right to me. So instead I am relishing in my boots for the time being but man I have that itch for spring!!
I meant to use this effect on my Vday outfit but I forgot! So I used it today =)

    Where do you get those simple gold necklaces? I've been seeing them everwhere,the hearts or circles? They are on every female casted in the movie Valentines Day, is driving me crazy I WANT ONE!!!!
