Month in Review: April Sure Was Full of Showers

The rain really drained me in April (no pun intended). So for my April collage I choose to highlight my favorite outfit of the month. Here's to more sun, flowers and FUN!
I cannot believe this is my forth Month in Review of the Year! Time flies by too fast!
