In elementary school I loved to be festive. I dressed up for every single holiday and I went all out. My mom would even paint a little designs on my cheek. A heart for Valentines day, a red nose for Christmas, a shamrock for St. Patrick's day. You name the holiday and I was celebrating it. Johnny Apple Seed Day? You know I had an apple on my cheek! Well that festive feeling is still with me, although I have out grown face paint. Although I am not a big Valentines day fan, I do love the excuse to wear little tiny heart prints. Forever 21 is the perfect place to pick up cheap festive pieces. The other day I stopped in (
