Look of the Day: Maximum Potential

The weather is warm, my maxi skirts are back in action, and my bike has been getting more miles on it then my car. There's not much to complain out (well... the Giants could play a little better) and I couldn't be happier.
I look forward to many more weekends filled with poolside time and bare shoulders.

This skirt is one of my favorite weekend pieces to rock. It doesn't need much else because it makes a statement by it's self and it so fun to wear.

Elizabeth and James Maxi skirt {similar black maxi here}, Abercrombie and Fitch tank {similar here}, Report sandals, Forever 21 Earrings {similar}, and bracelets from my travels.

Any one else feel more like themselves when the weather is warm?

  1. Gorgeous earings, I'm not a long skirt person AT ALL, but just purchased 2 maxi skirts from topshop.

  8. I can't wait to pull out all my maxi's. So far I've only been able to wear one on one day. Still too cold here in Van.

  9. Love the outfit! So pretty and looks ridiculously comfy :)
I love the maxi skirt look but being 5'3" (and a half!) I'm not really loving them on me. Maybe I'll be more adventurous this spring and actually buy one.

  15. oh sorry!! just saw the comment. They aren't anything special. One is the penguin classics, one is a kate spade style book (http://www.amazon.com/Style-Kate-Spade/dp/0743250672) and one is book called Groundswell (http://www.amazon.com/Groundswell-Winning-Transformed-Social-Technologies/dp/1422125009). I just liked all the green colors together.
