Look of the Day: The Max

Maybe it's me but when I hear the word Max, Zack Morris and Ac Slater immediately pop in my head. That show made my summer mornings as a kid. I mean Zach Morris? How hot was that guy? Plus Jessie taught me to stay away from caffeine pills. Who wants to study all the time anyway? Little Lisa Turtle and her outfits ways were the epitome of 90's fashion. Screech showed me you can be a geek and still hang with the cool kids. And I mean I practically grew up with Tiffiani Amber Theisan. As Kelly Kapowski or Valeire Malone, I was pretty sure since we both had Amber in our names we shared a connection...
In any case here is me rocking a a skirt to the max for the latest Bloggers Do it Better Challenge.

    I have the biggest grin now after reading all your SBTB refrences. Loved that show so hard.

    Loving the fall inspired outfit as well. I would give an appendage to have fall like weather right now. Ugh. Moving on...you look super cute and the bow is icing. ♥

    Loove the colors you're rocking today. Fall colors are my fave...even in the summer.

    Here's what's weird about your post (or about me). So I'm wearing my maxi skirt today too (haven't posted it yet), which meant last night before bed, I planned my maxi skirt outfit...and proceeded to have a dream about Saved by the Bell. Kelly and Zack were walking around ruling the school (as they should) and I made out with A.C. Slater (which was kind of hot). So you're not the only one associating "maxi" with "max" with "saved by the bell". I guess that can be comforting?

    I love this fall look! To kill time when I was in high school, I would watch Saved By the Bell in the mornings before school. Good times!

    The funny thing is I realized that there was a Bayside High School in my neighborhood and got really confused. Haha.

    I reference the Jesse/speed episode far more often than I should. (And sadly, it goes over the heads of most people. *Sniffle*)

    Screech came to my collge to talk once. I was going to go, but by time I got there it was standing-room only and I definitely didn't care that much. Apparently, he was kind of an ass, in a "don't you know who I AM?" sort of way. Requested his own bathroom sort of thing. (And he's requesteing this in the Student Center. Um....short of blocking off the ONE, public bathroom, that's really not possible.)

    Ah. I love a good reference to one of my favourite 90s sitcoms. A couple of years ago I dressed as Kelly in full Bayside Volleyball gear. I even made my own Bayside Tigers Tee. And then the other day, I was in Urban Outfitters and saw a Bayside Tigers tee for sale. I'd say I'm pretty tuned into 90s fashion ;)

    Anyway, I love this outfit! You look so boho hippie chic in it. Way too cool for the kids at Bayside. And I especially like the bow in your hair, what a cute little accessory :)

    Oh I want a maxi skirt really bad now! And I must confess that I was a big fan of Saved By The Bell while growing up and I'll still watch the occasional episode when they have re-runs.
