Things I love: Organizing

While I can be very messy I do find joy in organizing. In an attempt to keep my new girly room and new shoe closet neat, I have been finding 'homes" and places for everything. I find that if everything has a designated area to be I am able to stay top of things.
Here are some of the ways I am organizing my girly room.

I used for the side of the shelf to hang my straightener and curler from.

Casey kept saying my new room looks like a Coach store.
And a boutique vibe is kind of what I feeling for the room as well.

    Oh Amber, I love the organization going on here. But again, I am an bit of an organization freak, the Container Store is my place to go get centered and focused after a long day at work, true story.

    I need to get organized like you! I love the idea of the hooks for your irons -- very salon like -- I may need to steal that idea.

    I'm so messy too, but I always use the excuse "Creativity is a messy business", but I LOVE organizing. Not everything in my room will be organized, but most things will have a place in my own weird system that a lot of people won't get. And I agree with RosaLovesDC, Holly Golightly had Tiffany's, I have the Container Store!

    pretty cool :) I love the idea that the flat and curling irons are hanging on the side, as you probably use them often and it is easy to take them and put them away when needed :)

    I LOVE how you store your curling iron and straightener! I keep mine in a drawer but the cords always get tangled up with other things. Brilliant idea! I will definitely be trying that. Also, I am super jealous of your girly room! I hope I can have one of my own someday!

    I love the way it looks like a store. That is the best part! It really makes each morning fun when you are getting dressed to feel like you are going "shopping" in your own closet!
