Flowers of the Week: Road to Recovery

So I was really hoping yesterday would be my last hospital post, but no surprise, I'm still here. I am, however, all set to go home tomorrow and couldn't be happier!! And by all set to go home, I mean today I had a tube put in my arm so I can give myself antibiotic IV's when I get home. My road to recovery is still far from over, so there is still lots of couch time in my future but I finally feel that after a bit of a struggle the doctors have me on the correct road this time. It is still strange to think that almost a week ago (last Thursday) I was heading home from here thinking I was good to go, only to land myself back in the hospital. I will say I feel much better this time around and am very confident that I will not be back here to stay overnight. Here's to me going home tomorrow! And Yay for shopbop.com sales when you need a pick-me-up, Dr.s who look out for you and for more get well flowers! Thank you Rena for taking of me after my procedure today and for my lovely flowers!Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

  7. Amber, my husband was really really sick last year- I will spare you the details because it was HORRIBLE for him, but what I told him was that some day this time in your life will be over and you will think - wow, that sucked. But it WILL be over and you WILL think it.
Just keep your chin up and remember- it will be over soon.
